quiet area large bed lovely breakfast
The hotel location was perfect. It was in a very quiet area, and i appreciated that! the staff were kind, and i found the beds large and comfy. breakfast was lovely with many options. it was a good experience.
my room was very small. but it was comfortable, so it was okay.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. there was a selection of marmalades available, and i saw both sweet and savory options. it was a nice start to the day.

my room included blackout curtains. these really helped to ensure a good night's sleep as they kept the room dark! the room size was adequate and clean.

safe neighborhood helpful staff
The hotel's location allowed easy access to frequent bus services into the city center. The neighborhood safe area. I was given a family room. (a really nice surprise). Staff members were helpful.
The overnight parking fee was unexpected and cost £10. They did not mention it before i reached the cancellation cutoff.

My room was very clean. The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of items (I liked the fresh fruit). Staff were both helpful and friendly.
The water bottles for sale at the hotel were quite expensive.
